Report on Educational Development Day Celebration - 15.07.2025
Educational Development Day was celebrated by the Department of Tamil with enthusiasm at SPB Matric. Hr. Sec. School on 15th July 2025, marking the birth anniversary of the great leader and former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru K. Kamarajar. Known as the Kingmaker and Kalvi Thanthai (Father of Education), his birthday is observed as Educational Development Day to honour his remarkable contributions to the field of education.
The Secretary of SPB School Society was the special guest for the occasion. He delivered an inspiring speech on the legacy of Kamarajar and the importance of quality education for every child.
Cultural events were organised by the students to celebrate the day, showcasing their talents and highlighting Kamarajar's life and achievements. The Principal addressed the gathering, emphasizing the role of education in nation-building and urging students to follow the ideals of Kamarajar.
The celebration concluded with the National Anthem, leaving everyone with a sense of pride and commitment towards educational growth.
